Elizabeth Biltz, LSCSW

DBT for adults in individual and group

formats, EMDR

elizabeth@kmhp.ofwichita.org

Our lives are made up of moments, both pleasant and unpleasant. The unpleasant moments don't have to overshadow the pleasant ones. My job as a therapist is to assist you in identifying your goals and help you find ways to achieve them, offering support and validation along the way.

Life is a journey, not a destination. I specialize in conducting Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my practice. The goal of DBT is to help clients build a life worth living. I also provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for adults to address trauma, using traditional eye movement techniques as well as new technology.

Feel free to contact me to discuss treatment and see if we are a good fit for each other. It is important to me that you feel comfortable with our therapeutic relationship.

Cheyenne Lara. LPC

Adolescents and Adults. DBT, CBT cheyenne@kmhp.ofwichita.org

I genuinely love helping people find their way through life's ups and downs while building resilience that lasts. I've had the privilege of working with individuals aged 13 and older, and I strive to create a warm, supportive atmosphere for everyone.

I draw from different therapeutic methods, including mindfulness, CBT, and DBT, customizing my approach to suit each person's unique journey. My goal is to cultivate a safe space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, empowering you to grow and thrive.
